Currently, tutors are able to upload text in the tutor messages box for the Tutor Notes Page. However, it would be useful and beneficial to both tutors and students if they could also upload PDF files for students to view.

[ ] This button should allow tutors to upload a pdf file to the Tutor Notes Page in the tutor message box.
