User Story

As a tutor I can delete things so that should be function

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Delete button is functional ...

Implementation Todos

Front end:

[ ] Make a function to be able to delete TutorNotes using the endpoint
[ ] link it to the delete button onclick in the TutorNotesForum ...

Back end:

[ ] No backend this is a front end issue ...

Testing:

[ ] No testing needed as this is a issue involving both the front and backend. ...
