Fix the coverage on the TutorNotesForum delete button toast messages #325

User Story

As a admin I can delete tutor notes so that the test coverage should still cover the toast messages

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Toast messages in the tutorNotesForum should be green on the codecov so you will be looking at adding tests to tutorNotesForum.test.js file ...
