Add DELETE endpoint for Games #60

In this PR, we add the DELETE endpoint for the Game database, and its tests.

Trying to resolve and getting other people to try to resolve these merge conflicts is a massive headache, so I'm going to close this and just make a single PR that should hopefully handle it.
