BUG: Courses Web Title is still React App #38

Summary

Currently, the app name on browser is still called React App, which is the default application name when you create a new react application.

Expected Behavior

I would expect the name of the app to more accurately describe and represent the application and what it does.

Current / Observed Behavior

Right now the application says "React App" which does not tell us anything about what the website does and does not accurately represent our purpose.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the app
  2. Look at the top where your tabs are
  3. Observe and behold
