Admin can now load grade data instead of using swagger.
This completes issue Add frontend for Update Grade Data https://github.com/ucsb-cs156-s24/proj-courses-s24-4pm-1/issues/18 which comes from EPIC #92
Also within this issue, in order to fix the failing formatting issues I ran Java & Javascript auto-formatting files. I also messed up initial PR as I had two commits, and fixed with this with only 1 commit.
