Remove Courses page from the NavBar(in-accessible)
Removed all App.js routes corresponding to Courses
Removed all the dependency pages and any tests related to them https://proj-courses-a-k-u-m-a-r.dokku-03.cs.ucsb.edu/

The lack of a courses page should be seen on the NavBar
