DriverAvailability: Add DriverAvailabilityTable and Tests #33

In this PR, I added DriverAvailabilityTable and tests for it.

Users can click the link in driver id column and see the driver information. Edit and Delete buttons are also added, but can be only seen after actual index page in implemented
