[ ] Create a working page for indexing called DriverAvailabilityEditPage.js
[ ] Create a test file DriverAvailabilityEditPage.test.js to test the created page.
[ ] There should be a corresponding storybook entry for this file called DriverAvailabilityEditPage.stories.js
