Implement Adding Friends

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] similar to follow button on someones profile there is an add friend button
• [ ] when pressed it will be greyed out notifying that the friend request has been sent
• [ ] on the other person's end they will get a notification saying your username had requested to be friends
• [ ] if you click on it you will get a popup where you can accept, decline, or go to their profile
• [ ] if accepted, you are now friends and the add friend button disappears when viewing each other profiles
• [ ] if declined the add friend button is no longer greyed out for the person that sent it
• [ ] the person who sent a friend request will get a notification that you declined their friend request
• [ ] the person who sent a friend request will get a notification that you accepted their friend request
