People can See Others' Profiles (1/2)

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] on the friends tab, make each person you are friends with, following, or follow by interactable, similar to people in my groups
[ ] change "follow owner" button on a study group to a way to navigate to the owner's profile instead where you can then follow
[ ] when clicking on them their profile will open tht displays information about them
[ ] being friends with someone will likely reveal more information than just following/being followed by someone
