Issue #49: User can press the 'split' button after he/she has pressed the 'hit' button. Estimate: 100pts

• Make split button not visible inside ActionListener for hit button.

Issue #45: Closing the rules menu closes the game. Estimate: 100pts

• Change default close operation for Rules frame inside RulesListener.
