Changing player names with menubar doesn't update gui

(100) Currently if you use the menu function to change the players' names, the game restarts with the new players' names, rather than persisting with the same money for each player and bet amount, and just changing the names on the board.

The bug was changed to not restart the program anymore. Needs more tweaking to have it update the gui.
