Add one of the three games (you choose) #2

Add either chess, tic-tac-toe, or gomoku. The FIRST game to get added, with GOOD TRUE CLEAN separation of MVC, gets 400 points.

The next two get 300.

Mathew and Christina, I'm really sorry--but this one was created specifically for @mastergberry based on a proposal he made. No one can work on this until after he is finished with the initial project refactoring, and I already promised this issue to him---I just forgot to assign it to him.

So, I deleted your "claim" comment... sorry about that. The fault is mine.
