Issue #22 Added javadoc to gh-pages branches, Removed everything other than javadoc. Modified README.md for javadoc info.

DO NOT merge this request to master branch,

otherwise it will lose everything.

Please create a gh-pages branch in UCSB repo, then merge this request to the gh-pages branch under UCSB/CS-56-Projects/cs56-games-dealer
