Make the ship do something! #68

Right now, there is nothing to do with the ship. It is just an image moving rightward on the top of the panel. Add new features to it and make it more related to the game.

https://github.com/UCSB-CS56-Projects/cs56-games-fish-animation/pull/91 is an attempt at this, but isn't very interesting. Those guys get +50 XP for the PR, but I'm leaving the issue open for anyone who wants to put in the effort to do something cool. Feel free to rip out those changes and replace them with something better!

Idea: try making the boat drop harmful objects (maybe nets?) that would inflict damage on the shark, just as contact with jellyfish does.
