Add different movements for fish

Currently fish are just moving straight forward. Make them move randomly or in some specific path (add different movements for fish).

Combining this with the (now closed) https://github.com/UCSB-CS56-Projects/cs56-games-fish-animation/issues/69. Various ideas:

• Fish don't need to move only from right to left.
• Sinusoidal vertical motion or something to make it more interesting.
• Maybe the fish should try to avoid the shark?
• Update the graphics so that the fish point in the direction they're swimming.

F17 OK: 100 - 400 XP depending on what you do and how well you do it.
