I've played the game several times now - won and lost. It's easy to tell why I lost: that big red bar dropped to zero. I still have no idea how or why I've won.
If there's a target number of fish I'm supposed to eat, or a number of points I'm supposed to reach, there should be another bar that fills up with winning. When it maxes out, you win.
