Changes made with @madhukannan to address #11 and #13.

Terminal no longer repeats endlessly
New GUI option to play again (or not)
No longer allows placing markers after somebody has won (unless new game is started)
GUI alerts that a player has won with a pop up box instead of flashing markers
Made size of the board 19x19
