Add a level select feature, either as a bonus for beating the game, or a cheat code

Should be a bonus for beating the game, with a YOU WIN screen

The current implementation is pretty rudimentary and could use, at the very least, an addition to the "you win!" screen that appears after you die after having beaten the first three levels. Additionally, this is currently enabled after level 1, not level 3...

Also, the stuff from #69 still hasn't been implemented.
