Move javadoc to github-pages #45

Change the javadoc target in build.xml so that the javadoc is posted to the GitHub Pages site for this repository.

This issue was almost fully fixed in this pull request. However, the wrong location is still printed out at the end of the javadoc target as a result of the javadoc-dest variable being used. This variable should be eliminated, and the message at the end of the target should be updated.
