Refactor project structure #1

  1. Change file and directory layout to conform to new package: edu.ucsb.cs56.S13.cs56-games-roguelike.yourgithubusername
  2. Update all Java files and tests to use the new package name
  3. Add the JUnit .jar file so that tests will run
