Fix Bug in the Question Prompt #14

During the Quiz, occasionally the user is given a question stem that does not specify what to convert to. For example, during the quiz one of the questions was "Convert 65 from Decimal to :". The questions need to be fixed so that they always ask a valid question.

For issue #14, we would request ~180 points for the amount of time it took to fully understand where the issue stemmed from and how to add the conversion name to the question prompt. @bronhuston
