removed jws references in build.xml removed html and jws folders added lib folders adjusted file structure and package to fit the new convention

Looks good! Just so you are aware, the javadoc currently shows up here. As a suggestion, you could match the javadoc url to look like the package directory path. Keeping this consistent makes things a lot cleaner -- as you have probably noticed when looking at actual Java documentation online.
