Refactor code to change package name to what we want (see proj01 for instructions) #1

I think its edu.ucsb.cs56.projects.music.basic_synthesis_demo but check the instructions there to be sure.

Change the directory structure, change the build.xml as needed (see also other suggestions for the basic refactoring in the proj01 insttructinos)

Go through the code that is there, and figure what what's what, and add some basic explanations into the README.

~estimate: 160 (100 for the basic refactoring ,and 60 more for going through the code and figuring out what's there.

Hi @bronhuston .(Bronwyn).. this one is already assigned to @RapidRage (Chris)... but if you are interested in working on this, I can suggest a couple of possible additional issues---or you can talk to Chris and see if he's interested in pair programing.

I'll put in a few other issues right quick... you can see if any of them appeal to you.
