Allow for more sorting options #6

Allow the user to specify extra requirements GE classes may fulfill such as writing, European Traditions, ethnicity, ETC. Also allow specification of departments and upper or lower division for depth requirement purposes.

Estimated ~400points

If this proves too difficult, the depth requirement purposes should be simpler but still considered a standalone feature. Let TA know if only doing this for new issue to be set up

This is at the 300 point mark, if you can implement it so it takes multiple arguments (ie chicano studies and writing and ethnicity) and sorts by all of them, it will make 400

Going off what @PazZaitGivon said, 300 xp for the normal sort and 400 xp for the variadic arguments.
