Number the Blocks #46

In the binary clock, it would be nice to show the value of each block directly on the block (perhaps instead of the current side labels). It looks like this was already started, but left unfinished (compare Block.java and BlockTut.java). Finish the job and clean up the block classes.

The comments in https://github.com/UCSB-CS56-Projects/cs56-utilities-binary-clock/issues/2 make it sound like this already works, but I don't see it...
