Query the upvote database to return all upvote history tied to the current user #166

As a user, I want to see all of the webpages I have upvoted in the past.

We would need to provide a navigations button that takes the user to a page with upvote user. We would need a html file or edit a current html file to display the upvote history. We might want to also add some filters, such as sort by most recent or filter by certain flags/folders
