T 6pm d restrict logins #117

As of 12:10 pm our branch is up to date with master. If you try to log in with a domain other than @ucsb.edu, you are automatically logged out, redirected to the home page, and there is a pop-up box that informs you that you must log in with a @ucsb.edu account.

Note: the fact that this approach also breaks our CI tests is another red flag.

Note to other mentors: PLEASE DO NOT MERGE THIS in it's current form.

Closing this PR, because I recommend NOT merging it. But I will make a note in the Feedback repo that if/when the team does a PR that addresses the new version of #55 that the team should get 20 points for this PR as well, along with points for the new PR.
