Make the RoomAvailability page nicer to use and look at.
User Story:
As a user, the RoomAvailability page should be easier to navigate and nicer to look at.
Acceptance Criteria:
[x] Apply Bootstrap styles to elements on the page
[x] Use icons to replace certain actions
[x] Reformat the creation/editing page to a form instead of a table
