In this PR:

Implemented a second table on search results page for tutor hotspots
Table displays number of tutors per room, as well as number of tutors per course in the room

@brianlqiu This PR has merge conflicts. They look pretty easy to resolve, but they should be resolved by someone from your team.

Just decide which version of data.sql makes more sense, and push that one to the branch.
