As a student, I would like to be able to authenticate to Student endpoints in the UCSB Developer API using JWTs.

In order to implement this, we would need to make changes in the heroku.json file, and the homepage HTML file. Essentially, anywhere there is GitHub OAuth, we would need to change that to UCSB NetId OAuth
