In this PR,

Combined multiple unnecessary mappings for download into 1 (search by CS department required a separate mapping so there are 2 download mappings in total)
This new combined mapping allows for download of CSV results with a static URL link (ex. http://localhost:8080/CSVDownload?subjectArea=CMPSC&quarter=20202&courseLevel=L)
