T 6pm b set active schedule #290

In this PR, we created a way to set an active schedule so when you add a course it adds to that schedule. If no active schedule is selected, it adds to the most recent schedule.

Like PR #266, this PR is cluttered with all the changes from PR #265. To avoid having to go through all the code again, and so it's easier for us to view the changes, we will wait until that PR is merged to review this one.

I also believe that there will be a merge conflict with this PR once that one is merged in, so I'll let you handle that before I review.

Please resolve that one ASAP so I can start this one.
