I had set up Quay.io to build new Docker images when a tag was pushed. I pushed a new tag to Boardwalk, and it was not automatically built. I suspect this is related to the shuffling of repos between orgs, but needs investigation.
Whether we actually need to do this depends on what gets decided in TLP-69, as the way we deploy may change. But capturing here if we do continue with this approach.
