Sequence Diagrams for CGP Deployment #42

Need sequence diagrams diagraming the interaction between all the different components of Boardwalk.

Suggest using Mermaid, so the the diagram can live with the source code.

I think they mainly need to be reviewed and need a PR to merge them.
