When a user deploys cgp-deployment (i.e., GI's platform) s/he needs be prompted to provide the name of the S3 bucket so it can be used to upload a zipped BDBag to it.

Specifically the following needs to happen:

add a question in install_bootstrap.sh that prompts the user for the name of the S3 bucket where the BDBag should be stored at (from Boardwalk)
add a an input variable to capture the user's response
add an environment variable that will be written to file .env for the Docker-compose network
