Remove endpoint variable being passed to Boardwalk #64

Deploy script should not set BW_DATA_URL, as that causes Boardwalk UI to call the API with a fully qualified url; we want it to call the API with a relative URL. See BOARD-54.

Also needs to be fixed in dev.yml.
