Added the following environment variables relating to the metadata BDBag temporary storage on S3:

AWS region of the S3 bucket
expiration time of the presigned URL to that bucket

and changed/added relevant questions in the installer.

I also removed all environment variables that refer to the bagit-firecloud-lambda in all four files.

FYI, because of a convoluted rebase situation I brought onto myself in PR#62 I created a patch of the changes I made in the old branch and applied them to a new branch based on feature/commons, the result of which is the present PR.
