Google native DRS blue box #2

Write a google-native, DRS-speaking minimal blue box and pursue a collaboration with the Broad and Clare's group. As this evolves and updates as DRS changes, it's likely to propagate changes to Terra and item (1) above. So the folks that work on this will need to understand HCA blue box, work with the GA4GH folks to keep up with DRS evolution and influence it, and ultimately be able to work with the Terra/Chicago folks once DRS is stable enough for (1) to adopt. DRS is almost exactly the HCA API but, for the HCA project in the future, this minimal google blue box may need native HCA API support too but let's not worry about that now.
