configuration of RNAseq tracks is frustrating #16

It's difficult to get the RNAseq tracks to show properly. The checkboxes in the RNAseq "table" doesn't really seem to have an effect, you have to find the correct track in a long list and manually put it on "full".

I think this is related to the default visibility of the subtracks vs the default visibility of the supertrack. Maybe having the subtracks default visibility "full" or "pack" but set to "off" will work.

OK, I made it a little better by default now. The trick is to have the parent track default to "full", because "hide" on the parent tracks was overriding the visibility of the subtracks.

I also set the subtracks to visible but off, so that they will show up in some sensible default if you just click a checkbox and hit submit. Feel free to screw with the default visibility of the subtracks if you want.
