Remove Yoast dependency for breadcrumb list in the theme #114

Breadcrumbs in the template are dependent on the Yoast plugin, which is not compatible with CampusPress. We'll need a new function in the theme to generate breadcrumb HTML.

Done. Changes pushed to Hook42's repo and pull request created. Ball's in their court right now.
