Page layout with banner and sidebar navigation block #151

Please create a pattern for a basic page with a banner image, content area and a right-hand menu block. The caveat is that the right menu block is a "menu" so that it stacks appropriately on the page in mobile view; above the page content.

This is now possible using the editor. No need for a separate layout or template
