Styling for Menu Blocks #178

Description

Jennie Kulczyk in INC1353631 asked when menu blocks will be styled:

"a menu block - I don't have any notes about this one, but others in OR remember it being mentioned in one of the meetings. We're planning to put this on many of our pages, and need to make design choices that will depend partly on the appearance of this menu."

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Create a menu block using Gutenberg. Create a menu. Publish the page to see if the menu receives the appropriate styling.
