Remove the grow effect from linked Icon Block SVG images #292

The Icon Block adds a swell animation when an SVG icon block has a link attached to it. There is no toggle to turn that behavior off. We can either:

  1. Remove the swell animation altogether with CSS
  2. or, make a class that can be added to the block that removes the swell animation.
