Middle Row EXTRA Responsive. :) #290

So the good news is the middle row is responsive but the bad news is the middle row is responsive...a little too much.

Up til now, the middle row had a base height that wasn't dependent on how little content was in it but then expanded as more content was added.

NOW, the middle row blocks shrink down when there's only a little bit of content. Doesn't look as nice and I think people won't like the unevenness of it.

It looks like they have a table in there to create the columns. I'm inclined to label this, "stop trying to be so clever with tables when a simple list would work fine!"

But that's kind of long. I will set a few rules for tables in home page columns. :-(

It's actually not the middle box I'm talking about, it's the lil' SVC News block. It's too little. It used to be the same size as the slidewhow

I mean, the middle block is lame and YES, they need to take the stupid table out.... :)
