Change inline jQuery code in PHP file #296

We changed one line of javascript in the PHP include file for course catalog pages. I documented that process here: https://github.com/ucsc/webtemplates2014/wiki/PHP-Course-Catalog-javascript-change

Assigning to Tom, because I think you he is more adept at navigating this fix than I am.
