border around images #394

On this page: https://admissions-dev.ucsc.edu/campus-life/graduation-photo-gallery-2017.html in the left nav content block, looks like there is a small image border with the old color.

Well, I guess it's a global left nav block so it's on every page. ;)

I've removed the padding and background-color from images in the left column.
