This pull request consists of changes to the PhyloCSF Genes help file for SARS-CoV-2, including changing the name of ORF3b-2 to ORF3d, changing the length and description of ORF3b, and adding another alias for ORF14.
I don't know how to put changes to the corresponding .bed and .bb files into the repository. They are: https://data.broadinstitute.org/compbio1/SARS-CoV-2_PhyloCSF_Genes/PhyloCSFrejectedGenes.bed https://data.broadinstitute.org/compbio1/SARS-CoV-2_PhyloCSF_Genes/PhyloCSFrejectedGenes.bb
