For the GeneSet viewer we need to take up less space at the top. We can use a vertical hover at the top, or simply hover in the GeneSet area over places not moused over (at the top or bottom)
We could use a simple disclosure panel for info to save space. will have to see how all of the blocks go together.
We could also put the Gene Set info in the Gene block (A on top, B on the bottom)
